Welcome to CBI FCU.  We can provide you with a financial solution that is sure to fit your specific needs.  CBI FCU members are joined by a common bond and we will only serve our members.  There are no outside stockholders- all net earnings are paid out to our members.

    CBI Federal Credit Union Board of Directors

    The Board of Directors is made up of nine member-volunteers who devote their time and talents to serving your Credit Union without compensation. The Board spends many hours working together to stay involved in legislative, regulatory, and industry affairs that may affect our Credit Union. Each volunteer has one or more committee assignments to which they commit their expertise too.

    Supervisory Committee

    The Supervisory Committee oversees the actions of the Board of Directors and Credit Union staff to ensure CBI Federal Credit Union Policies are followed and presented to Member/Owners in a professional manner. The Committee also oversees the yearly audit and verifies membership account data. They are appointed by the Board of Directors. If you feel that CBI Federal Credit Union has not followed its established policies, you may contact the Supervisory Committee at the address below.

    CBI Federal Credit Union Credit Committee

    The duty of the Credit Committee is to consider loan applications. The Credit Committee is made up of volunteers that contribute their time to the Credit union. The committee try to ensure that all members' requirements are met. Each member has the right to appeal to the Board of Directors if they are not satisfied with the credit committee's decision.

    Annual Membership Meeting

    Join us Wednesday, March 16, 2022 at 4:00 p.m. (cst)

    We will be holding the Annual Meeting virtually through Microsoft Teams or you can dial in by phone.  We decided it would be in the best interest and safety of all to host again this year like 2021.  All members are invited to join us and should pre-register by March 4th.  Multiple members in your household attending virtually should register individually.

    Each year we invite our members to engage and participate in a brief meeting regarding your Credit Union’s progress over the past year.  We hope you'll join us online to have the honor of hearing from members of the Board of Directors, Supervisory Committee and the Credit Committee which will provide reports, discuss current issues, hold an election for open Board elections, and offer members the opportunity to ask questions and share their concerns.

    All CBI FCU members are welcome to join us in celebrating another year of service at the 58th Annual Membership Meeting.
