Your smartphone just got smarter. We know you are always on-the-go, so we know it's important to you to have a secure way to manage your accounts anytime, anywhere. Our Mobile Banking platforms have been optimized for you to do MORE in LESS time.

To access Mobile Banking, you will first need to be enrolled in Virtual Branch. Once you are successfully enrolled, you can then download the new CBI Federal Credit Union mobile app. You will use the same Login and Password that you established for Virtual Branch.

CBI FCU's Mobile Banking is as safe as it is easy. Protecting your financial information is our highest priority. To ensure your finances are kept safe, we designed our mobile banking app to be just as secure as our online banking experience.

Face or Fingerprint Sign In

Touch ID

CBI Federal Credit Union supports sign in with Touch ID®, Face ID®, and Android™ Fingerprint.

You can set up Touch ID using the same MORE tab, and then you'll be able to use your fingerprint in place of entering your user ID and password to log into the app for a quick way to reach all of the mobile app features and functionality. Please note that for added security, a secondary authentication method will still be required to access your accounts.

Access the CBI Federal Credit Union Mobile app with Touch ID® or Face ID®.

In order to use the Touch ID or Face ID feature, your phone must meet the following requirements:

Your phone must be an Apple® smartphone.
You must be using iOS® 12.5.5 or newer.
Touch ID or Face ID must be enabled on your iPhone (depending on model).

Access the CBI Federal Credit Union Mobile app with Android™ Fingerprint.

In order to use the Android™ feature, your phone must meet the following requirements:

Your phone must be a support Android device.
You must be using Android 7.1.1 or newer.

Instant Balance

Want to check your balances without logging into the app? With Instant Balance, you can! Simply opt-in through the MORE tab in the mobile app and after a quick setup, you'll immediately see up to six account balances on screen (which can be rearranged according to your preference) just by touching the Instant Balance icon at the top of the screen after you click on the CBI FCU app on your phone - no logging in is necessary unless you need to do a transaction!

Online Bill Pay lets you pay all your bills in one secure location. No more writing checks or making credit card payments over the phone. With just a few simple clicks, you can pay everyone, from your health care provider to your babysitter.

Mobile Deposit

Snap a Picture and Deposit!

Remote Deposit capture makes it easy to bank on-the-go. Deposit money into your CBI FCU account from wherever you are! Now you can securely and conveniently make deposits to your savings or checking accounts using your smartphone or tablet device. All you need is a phone/tablet with a camera, CBI FCU Mobile Banking app and a valid check.

What's the first step?
First, make sure you downloaded the CBI FCU mobile app from the Apple App Store or Google Play and start depositing checks easily and quickly. It's super easy and so convenient (watch the video if you'd like to see how the process works). You may also call us if you have any questions.

Tip: Please note that all check deposits require your signature on the back of the check along with the words, "For Mobile Deposit Only " on each check, failure to do so may result in a rejected deposit).
