Sometimes you just can’t make it to our branch, and we understand! In order to serve you better, we have partnered with other credit unions nationwide to provide our members with easier access to their accounts. Currently, there are more than 5,000 branches participating nationwide in Shared Branching and we are too!
What you need when you visit a shared branch location:
- Credit Union’s Name:CBI FCU
- Your Account Number: Located on the top of your monthly or quarterly statement or e-Statement
- Valid unexpired government-issued photo identification, i.e., State Driver’s license, US Passport, or Military identification with signature.
Not all credit unions provide the same services. Funds deposited through Shared Branch Services may not be immediately available. You might want to contact the credit union before visiting their branch. All transactions must have a Shared Branch slip filled out by the visiting member.
